Housing Choice (Section 8) Waiting List
The waiting list for the King County Housing Authority Section 8 Program is currently closed. No applications are being distributed or taken at this time.
The Housing Authority has placed a temporary hold on the issuance of any new vouchers as our program is currently leased at 100 percent. Please check back in September 2010 for the current status of the waiting list. As of April 2009, the lottery number at the top of the waiting list is 2,000. Please remember to submit any address changes in writing to the Section 8 office located at 15455 65th Ave. S., Tukwila, WA 98188.

As we are not currently open for new applications, please check KCHA's Subsidized Housing Programs for other housing options or check with Seattle Housing Authority or Renton Housing Authority for options available in their area.
