Housing Choice Waiting List

The waiting list for the King County Housing Authority Section 8 Program is currently closed. No applications are being distributed or taken at this time.

The Housing Authority has placed a temporary hold on the issuance of any new vouchers as our program is currently leased at 100%. We anticipate the hold will be removed sometime in January 2009 when we will again start selecting families from our waiting list. The current lottery number at the top of the waiting list is 2000. Please remember to submit any address changes in writing to the Section 8 office located at 15455 65th Ave. S., Tukwila, WA 98188.
