Dream to Keys Homeownership

Homeownership is an important way for families to improve their long-term stability, wellness, and economic prosperity and to build their intergenerational wealth.
KCHA's Dream to Keys Homeownership Program allows current public housing tenants or voucher participants to use a voucher towards a mortgage payment for a home of their own. Applicants must be in good standing with KCHA, meet eligibility requirements, and be able to secure a mortgage loan.
