KCHA issues requests for proposals (RFPs) and qualifications (RFQs) for consulting and professional services. In most cases, we score responses based on:
- How well your approach meets the needs outlined in the request.
- The extent and quality of your past work.
- Your ability to show that you can provide the services within KCHA's schedule and budget.
- The experience, skills, and availability of the staff and subcontractors who would provide the services.
