Construction & Maintenance
KCHA issues invitations for bids (IFBs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) for construction and maintenance projects. We encourage all types of businesses to submit bids and proposals for work as contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, including:
- Minority- and women-owned businesses
- Businesses owned by socially and economically disadvantaged persons
- Small businesses
- Businesses owned by veterans
- HUD Section 3 businesses
