Listing Your Rental Properties

The King County Housing Authority can help you advertise units available for Housing Choice Voucher holders with an online listing. Voucher holders seeking housing can consult this list. 

Following the steps below, you can enter the location and other information about your properties directly, online.  If the property is rented prior to the expiration date you enter, you can call the Section 8 office at (206) 214-1300 and ask for the listing to be removed. Otherwise, your property will remain active and you will continue to receive calls.
