Resident Advisory Committee
The purpose of the Resident Advisory Committee (RAC) is to create a forum for resident feedback to assist KCHA in its development of policies and procedures that affect residents. The committee also acts as a voice for our resident communities and works to ensure quality throughout KCHA's affordable housing.
North and Eastside residents meet as one group in that area; the remaining committee members meet in the South area.
Contact
We welcome your feedback. If you have issues, concerns, questions, or suggestions that you want to share with the Resident Advisory Committee, send
an e-mail to rac@kcha.org.
Family Self-Sufficiency Program
The Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program is a five-year program available to Public Housing residents living at
Burndale Homes, Evergreen Court, Firwood Circle, Green River Homes, and Kings Court who want to achieve economic independence.
If you are receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), working or not, or going to school, then this program may be for you.
