Description
King County Housing Authority Weatherization Department is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide ventilation work at Renton Sage Apartments, Buildings 6, 18, 19, 23 and 24.
Scope of Work
• Replace twenty (20), Exhaust Fans in Bathrooms
• Blank out fifty (50) existing fan switch in bathrooms and wire fans to run constantly with Motion
Sensor + Condensation Sensors inside fans;
• Replace switches and covers to match blank colors
• Replace twenty-five (25), Exhaust Fans in Laundry rooms/closets
• Remove fifty (50), Laundry room fan controls and replace them with humidistat bath fan controls
• Replace switches and covers to match colors in laundry rooms
