Description
King County Housing Authority will accept Bids from Qualified General Contractors to furnish labor, materials and necessary equipment to perform window replacement as listed in the bid documents.
Scope of Work
Yardley Arms is a three-story apartment community located in the City of Burien. Constructed in the 1970s, the building provides housing for seniors and disabled individuals aged 62 and older. The property contains a total of 67 dwelling units, all of which are one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments. The Contractor is responsible for pricing the project, which must cover all labor, materials, and equipment. This includes mobilization costs, scaffolding, and the removal and disposal of existing windows,
The scope of work involves the removal and replacement of all windows in the three-story building as indicated on the plan set. It is the Contractor's responsibility to verify the actual window sizes before placing any orders, as the drawings provided are for reference only and should not be scaled.
