Description
The King County Housing Authority will accept Bids from Qualified General Contractors to furnish labor, materials and necessary equipment to remove and replace the building exterior and specific exterior lighting as listed in the bid documents.
Scope of Work
Remove & replace siding; existing roof, barge boards, fascia & soffits will remain in place. Install structural floor-to-floor hold-downs; demo & framing of existing deck walls; demo of existing deck surface application; remove/replace windows, patio doors, patio storage door, mech/elec room doors; electrical panel block out; remove/replace hose bibs; prep & paint metal handrails.
