A New Start at Greenbridge
Greenbridge is a new mixed-income community in White Center (just south of West Seattle in King County) and construction began in 2005. The first new rental homes became available in 2006. Residents who were moved from the site, a World War II-era community called Park Lake Homes, have first priority to return to the master plan community of rentals, homes for sale, parks, services and businesses.
