The King County Housing Authority’s
Small Works Roster

Contractors interested in doing projects costing less than $100,000 are encouraged to sign up, at no cost, to the small works roster available at www.sharedprocurementportal.com.

KCHA does not maintain a formal small works roster. Instead, it uses the Shared Procurement Portal -- powered by eCityGov.net -- to maintain a roster.

What is the Shared Procurement Portal?

Public agencies in Washington state have partnered to create a regional Web site that will consolidate procurement services to make it easy for government and businesses to work together. More information about the organization that powers the portal can be found at www.eCityGov.net.

How can I register my company?

You can register your company, at no cost to you, at www.sharedprocurementportal.com/roster.  All companies on the roster must meet KCHA’s minimum qualifications of licensing, bonding and insurance and not be on any state or federal debarment lists.

Questions about eCityGov.net may be directed to John Backman, Executive Director, at jbackman@ecitygov.net or 425-452-7821.

KCHA will not take applications from contractors and will direct them to this organization when inquiring about joining a small works roster.
