The King County Housing Authority’s
Small Works Roster
Contractors interested in doing projects costing less
than $100,000 can apply to be included on the Small
Works Roster, which KCHA shares with the Seattle Housing Authority.
The Seattle Housing Authority maintains this Roster for use by both
housing authorities. Hundreds of contractors in a variety of trades
are included on the list. There is no fee to register your company.

For questions about getting added to the Roster,
please contact Tim Baker at KCHA at (206) 574-1111 or timb@kcha.org.
Use of the Roster
The Roster, which includes both general construction and specialty
categories, is used for soliciting bids from contractors on some KCHA construction
projects estimated to cost $100,000 or less. The Roster is updated
on a regular basis upon receipt of applications from qualified contractors,
who must meet KCHA’s license, bond and insurance requirements.
