The King County Housing Authority (KCHA) is issuing a competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive quality control tenant file review for its Department of Housing Management. Obtaining the RFP: To obtain the RFP package, please contact Kristin Winkel, Senior Development Manager at (206) 574-1168 or via email at kristinw@kcha.org. There will be no cost for requesting a package. Questions: Any questions or requests for further information or clarification must be directed to Kristin Winkel, Senior Development Manager in writing, either through US mail (please use certified mail) or email at kristinw@kcha.org no later than Friday, September 19, 2008. Submission Deadline: Sealed Statements of Proposals, in accordance with conditions defined in the RFP, must be received via USPS Certified mail, overnight delivery services (UPS, etc.) or hand delivered to the central office (600 Andover Park West, Tukwila, WA 98188) no later than 2 pm Pacific Daylight Time on October 10, 2008. Faxed or emailed submittals will not be accepted. Please submit 3 copies of the proposal, with the exception being the HUD #5369-C and Section 3 Certification forms, only one copy is needed of those 2 forms. Any proposals received after this date/time shall remain unopened and returned to the consultant. |

The King County Housing Authority will accept proposals from qualified, experienced professionals and/or companies to provide moving services for KCHA residents requiring relocation services. This service will be used on an as needed basis. Proposals are due by 2:00 P.M. PDT, Wednesday, October 15, 2008, at KCHA Central Office, 600 Andover Park West, Tukwila, WA 98188.
RFP packet can be obtained from KCHA Central Office, Reception, 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M., PDT, Monday – Friday. KCHA will not e-mail or fax packet. EEO. Questions contact: Grace Adriano at gracea@kcha.org. |
