Construction and Maintenance Contracting Opportunities
The Housing Authority issues invitations for bids (IFBs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) for construction and maintenance services.
KCHA strongly encourages minority and women-owned businesses, socially and economically disadvantaged businesses, HUD Section 3 businesses, and small businesses to participate as subcontractors and suppliers on Housing Authority contracts.

KCHA Plan Centers
A copy of plans for King County Housing Authority construction projects may be available for viewing at one of six Plan Centers. Contractors may review the bid packages at the Plan Centers at no cost to them, however, the Plan Centers do charge for copies, or they may outsource the copying to third-party print shops, which will result in copying charges. Plan Centers also have memberships available to contractors, which may offset some costs that are charged to non-members. Please contact the Plan Center for further information.
