Periodically, the King County Housing Authority invites firms interested in doing business with us to apply to be included on the Architectural and Engineering Services Roster.

The Roster is used for the solicitation and selection of professional technical services for potential consultant needs in King County, Olympia and Sedro-Woolley. Disciplines involved may include, but are not limited to: architectural, project management, mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, environmental and geo-technical engineering, landscape design, interior design, space planning, surveying, testing/inspection and estimating.

To qualify for placement on the Roster, your firm must be licensed, as required, in the state of Washington to engage in the lawful practice of your profession. Firms interested in being placed on the King County Housing Authority’s A & E Services Roster are encouraged to print, complete and return a copy of the Professional Questionnaire (pdf) to KCHA at 625 Andover Park West, Suite 107, Tukwila, WA 98188.
