Periodically, the King County Housing Authority invites professional services firms interested in doing business with us to apply, at no cost, to be included on the Architectural and Engineering Services Roster available at www.sharedprocurementportal.com.

The Roster is used for the solicitation and selection of professional technical services for potential consultant needs in King County, Olympia and Sedro-Woolley. Disciplines involved may include, but are not limited to: architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, environmental and geo-technical engineering, landscape design, interior design, space planning, surveying, testing/inspection and estimating.

What is the Shared Procurement Portal?

Public agencies in Washington state have partnered to create a regional Web site that will consolidate procurement services to make it easy for government and businesses to work together. More information about the organization that powers the portal can be found at www.eCityGov.net.

How can I register my company?

You can register your company, at no cost to you, at www.sharedprocurementportal.com/roster. All companies on the roster must meet KCHA’s minimum qualifications of licensing and insurance and not be on any state or federal debarment lists.
