We make the quality of our services and programs a high priority and
strive for efficient, ethical and cost-effective operations. We look
for and take advantage of opportunities to increase our skills, abilities
and productivity.
Teamwork
We value employees who are accountable for their actions, who strive
to meet deadlines and obligations and who demonstrate a positive attitude
about teamwork. We believe a diverse workforce is essential to our
accomplishments and success. We support and train new team members
to become active participants in the organization, and we recognize
a job well done.
Integrity
We are committed to the highest level of ethical and professional
conduct. We believe that our relationships with each other, our residents
and the community should be open, honest and fair. We strive to meet
our commitments and adhere to ethical business practices at all times.
Trust
We believe that trust is the cornerstone of our relationships with
each other and with our residents. We provide support to others through
open, two-way communication. We are in a position of public trust,
and we share the responsibility for the resources entrusted to us.
We value kindness and compassion and work toward prompt conflict
resolution.
Communication
We strive for clear, respectful communication with each other, with
our residents and with other customers. We listen to and consider
other ideas and opinions. We seek input and communicate changes in
a timely manner. We value specific and sincere feedback so that we
may grow and develop as individuals and as an organization.
Consistency
We achieve our mission and experience job satisfaction when we are
consistent in our words and actions. Administering our policies, procedures
and guidelines in a consistent and reliable manner enables us to deliver
effective programs and services. While we strive for consistency,
we also acknowledge the value of being flexible when warranted. We
are consistently positive role models for each other, our residents
and the community.
