Housing Options in Snoqualmie

The King County Housing Authority provides the following rental housing and rental assistance programs in Snoqualmie.

Section 8 Vouchers

Section 8 vouchers help people with low incomes rent homes on the private market. With a voucher, you pay at least 28 percent, but not more than 40 percent (in the first year), of household income for rent and utilities. Subsidized Housing

Subsidized housing – which includes public housing – helps people with low incomes rent apartments they can afford. In most cases, they pay no more than 30 percent of their household's monthly income for rent and utilities. Pickering Court

All the pleasures of country living are available at Pickering Court in Snoqualmie, a picturesque city 30 miles east of Seattle notable for its spectacular falls. The historic downtown features a railway museum and a microbrewery in addition to basic shops. There are many outlet stores in nearby North Bend. There is a community room, a community garden and a play area.
