Housing Options in Enumclaw

The King County Housing Authority provides the following rental housing and rental assistance programs in Enumclaw.

Section 8 Vouchers

Section 8 vouchers help people with low incomes rent homes on the private market. With a voucher, you pay at least 28 percent, but not more than 40 percent (in the first year), of household income for rent and utilities. Other Rental Housing

KCHA's other rental housing helps people with low incomes rent apartments they can afford. Some tenants pay a percentage of their income toward rent each month, while others pay a flat rent amount. Rainier View II

Comfortable, country living in Enumclaw for seniors and people with disabilities. The community features carpeted one-bedroom, cottage apartments with landscaped lawns. Each unit has its own personal flower bed for planting. For recreation, residents can use a community center equipped with a kitchen. Community laundry facilities are available.
