Request Tenant or Resident Info

KCHA requires proof of identification before releasing your records to you. This helps ensure that personal information is only shared with authorized individuals. If you are requesting records on behalf of a program participant, you must include their written consent authorizing KCHA to share their personal information with you.

KCHA protects your privacy. Personal information in files maintained for current or former program participants or applicants is exempt from public disclosure unless the individual provides written consent for its release. (RCW 42.56.230)
