Description
The King County Housing Authority is accepting proposals from qualified, licensed PLUMBING companies to provide services at King County Housing Authority Properties on an as needed basis.
Scope of Work
Provide the necessary tools, equipment, material, labor, and other resources for plumbing related tasks at residential apartment building, multi-family, single-family, and commercial space throughout King County, as well as in Sedro Woolley and Olympia as needed. See the full scope of work in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The King County Housing Authority is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and strongly encourages minority-owned and women-owned business, socially and economically disadvantages business, and small business to submit proposals or to participate as subcontractors and suppliers on KCHA contracts.

Virtual Teams Meeting
Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually via Teams. Please email daniellem@kcha.org no later than 3:30 p.m. on March 23th, 2026, if interested in attending the call. Contractors are encouraged to attend; however, attendance is not mandatory.
