Description
The King County Housing Authority is accepting proposals from qualified, licensed Fire and Life Safety companies to provide preventative and as-needed services at King County Housing Authority properties.
Scope of Work
Scheduled services/duties:
•24-Hour Alarm Monitoring – AES and Non-AES equipment and other alarms as identified
•Annual/bi-annual/quarterly testing and inspections of fire alarm panels, devices, sprinklers (wet/dry), backflows, smoke sensors, electromagnetic door systems, extinguishers, fire hydrants, emergency lights, kitchen hoods, duct detectors, vaults and other systems as determined per community schedule and/or other inspections required by local building codes and ordinances.
Repairs, Maintenance and Installs:
•Periodic Inspections required by jurisdictional code compliance
•Deficiencies found during testing and inspections
•Service calls
•Scheduled work (other than annual/bi-annual/quarterly schedule)

Online Zoom Meeting
Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via Zoom. Please email daniellem@kcha.org no later than 3:30 p.m. on Monday, November 27th, 2023 if interested in attending the call. Contractors are encouraged to attend; however attendance is not mandatory.
