Description
The King County Housing Authority is accepting proposals from qualified, licensed Janitorial companies to provide services at King County Housing Authority properties.
Scope of Work
Provide the necessary tools, equipment, material, labor, and other resources to clean commercial spaces and community centers throughout King County according to requested schedule. See the full scope of work in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The King County Housing Authority is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and strongly encourages minority-owned and women-owned business, socially and economically disadvantages business, and small business to submit proposals or to participate as subcontractors and suppliers on KCHA contracts.

Pre-Bid Meeting

Kent Family Center

Pre-Proposal conference will be a site tour of the five (5) largest sites beginning at the Kent Family Center (also listed on Exhibit A). The tour will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m.
Attendance is not mandatory, however Contractors are encouraged to attend and will receive an additional 10 points towards the "Evaluation Criterial" as explained on Page 5 and 6 of the RFP.
