Scope of Work

D. Work includes but is not limited to:
1. Removal of asphalt shingles, underlayment, flashing, roof penetration flashing, vents and all accessories.
2. Removal and replacement of plywood as indicated and as necessary
3. Removal and replacement of deteriorated or missing fascia board
