Scope of Work

Work consists of, but is not limited to, pool renovations as indicated in the plan and specifications and includes the following:
1. Demolition and offsite disposal of tiles, pool plaster, main drain and skimmer covers.
2. Remove and store pool light fixture and handrails for reinstallation
3. Furnish and install new plaster and tiles
4. Furnish and install new main drain covers
5. Inspect and reinstall light fixture
6. Furnish and install new depth and “no diving” tiles
7. Reinstall all handrails
8. Recommissioning of finished pool
9. Final cleanup and removal of all materials, waste, tools, etc
