Description
The King County Housing Authority is accepting proposals from qualified, licensed Landscaping companies to provide routine services at Seola Gardens (Fairwind and Zephyr) Apartments in King County.
Scope of Work
Provide the necessary tools, equipment, material, labor, and other resources to perform routine landscape maintenance tasks at Seola Gardens Apartments located in King County. See the full scope of work in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Online Zoom Meeting
Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via Zoom. Please email daniellem@kcha.org no later than 2:30 p.m. on Monday, October 10th, 2022 if interested in attending the call. Contractors are encouraged to attend; however attendance is not mandatory.
