Description
The King County Housing Authority will accept Bids from Qualified General Contractors to furnish labor, materials and necessary equipment to complete the perimeter fence installation as listed in the bid documents.
BIDDERS ARE TO DELIVER THEIR BIDS TO 600 ANDOVER PARK WEST, TUKWILA, WA BETWEEN 11:00AM AND 1:00PM. BIDS WILL BE OPENED AND RESULTS POSTED BY END OF THE DAY BIDS ARE DUE.
Scope of Work
The general scope of work includes selective demolition of existing fencing, installation of new concrete post bases, posts, gates and six foot high, powder coated fence sections, along with new landscaping. The Contractor is to shop fabricate fence panels and gates.
