Mechanical Ventilation work at Renton Sage Apartments Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Scope of Work
Replace 40 Bath Fans in Bathrooms
Blank out 40 existing Fan Switches and wire fans to run continuously with Motion Sensor+Condensation Sensors inside fans; replace switches and covers to match blank covers
Replace 40 Exhaust fans in Laundry rooms/closets
Remove 40 Laundry room fan controls and replace them with humidistat bath fan controls
Replace switches and covers to match colors in laundry rooms
