Scope of Work
1. WORK SCOPE SUMMARY
A. Install sixty-six (66), 1-ton capacity split-system ductless heat pumps (DHPs) with
wall-mounted indoor head units. Existing baseboard and in-wall heaters and associated thermostats
are to be removed and drywall patched and painted in these locations.
B. Install sixty-six (66) wireless, wall-mounted DHP thermostats.
