Scope of Work
Scope of Work: King County Housing Authority (KCHA)’s Weatherization Department is soliciting bids from qualified
firms to provide and install the following items at Rainier View I and II located at 2649 Warner Avenue, Enumclaw,
WA 98022, a property with 84 units owned by King County Housing Authority:
1. WORK SCOPE SUMMARY
A. Install eighty-four (84), 1-ton capacity split-system ductless heat pumps (DHPs) with wall-mounted
indoor head units. Existing baseboard and in-wall heaters and associated thermostats are to be removed
and drywall patched and painted in these locations.
B. Install eighty-four (84) wireless, wall-mounted DHP thermostats.
