Description
The purpose of this solicitation is to qualify an Architect to contract with KCHA to provide professional services for the FOREST GLEN and WESTMINSTER MANOR REHABILITATION PROJECT. The selected Consultant’s firm shall furnish all expertise, labor and resources in accordance with the requirements of KCHA and shall provide complete services for the completion of the contract.
Scope of Work
The Scope of Work for the FOREST GLEN REHAB consists of:
a. Transformer
b. Electrical and lighting system(s)
c. IT and communication improvements
d. Interior and exterior security system(s)
e. Leaf guard systems for all buildings
f. Community Building’s and laundry room interior finish upgrades
g. Parking lots
h. Side walks
i. Site lighting
j. Drainage system(s)
k. Building exterior painting
The Scope of Work for the WESTMINSTER MANOR REHAB consists of:
a. Transformer
b. Electrical and lighting system(s)
c. IT and communication improvements
d. Interior and exterior security system(s)
e. Domestic water and waste line replacement
f. Whole building HVAC improvements
g. Fire alarms system upgrades
h. Common area interior finish upgrades
i. Parking lots
j. Side walks
k. Site lighting
l. Drainage system(s)
m. Exterior perimeter security fencing
