Description
KCHA seeks a qualified organization to provide consulting services to improve processes and systems related to its Licensed Child Care initiative. This may include meeting with KCHA staff and resident Licensed Childcare business owners, leading cross-departmental meeting facilitation resulting in positive outcomes, conduct needed research including conducting interviews, author needed reports, and as needed offer process improvement recommendations.
