Description
KCHA will accept submittals from Qualified
Consultants for Geotechnical Services.
This is an on-call term contract for projects that may
occur throughout the King County area.
Scope of Work
The Consultant will provide Environmental services to include, but not limited to:
1. Soil Conditions and Soil Bearing Values
2. Investigations, including Surface and Subsurface Exploration
3. Identify Causes and Assess Risks of
a. Land Settlement
b. Foundation Problems
c. Landslides
d. Sinkholes
e. Rock Falls
f. Other risks as identified
4. Inspection Reports along with Recommendations
5. Provide drawings, specifications and cost estimates as required for capital improvement projects.
