Description
KCHA will accept submittals from Qualified
Consultants for Mechanical & Electrical Services.
This is an on-call term contract for projects that may
occur throughout the King County area.
Scope of Work
The Consultant will provide services to include, but not limited to, as follows:
1. Data Collection
2. As-built and maintenance records review
3. Inspection, Testing and Analysis
4. Energy Conservation Measures
5. Code Compliance and Issues
6. Evaluations
7. Recommendations
8. Cost and Time Estimates
9. Various Reports
10. Feasibility Studies
11. Permit Application
12. Requests for Information
13. Preparation of Schematic Designs, Design Development, Bid Documents, Construction Document, Specifications and other design services related to Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, underground utilities and similar components.
14. Field Inspections and Investigations:
a. Observation and coordination with KCHA, contractors, or other architectural and engineering consultants.
b. Construction Administration as needed.
15. Conduct Energy Audits to include ASHRAE Level I and II and Investment Grade Audits.
16. Conduct Commissioning Services as Needed.
