Description
The King County Housing Authority (KCHA) is issuing a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified consulting firms to provide professional human capital consulting services in support of KCHA’s mission.
Scope of Work
Respondent(s) must submit one (1) proposal when responding for one (1) or more of the six (6) sections of the Scope of Work. However, the proposal should clearly outline each Section of the Scope of Work and indicate how the Respondent(s) is proposing to provide the services (or not). KCHA will evaluate each section independently and may select different vendor(s) to fully execute the Scope of Work. KCHA strongly encourages submitting in collaboration with other vendor(s).
The six sections of Scope of Work are:
- A1: Training and Coaching
- A2: Professional Development Workshops
- B1: Consulting
- B2: Strategic Planning
- B3: Internal and External Engagement Activities
- B4: Annual Survey and other Ad-hoc Services and Activities
