Description
KCHA is soliciting proposals from qualified software vendors to provide Human Resource Information System (HRIS) solutions and implementation services. The functional areas in scope include Human Resources, Learning Management, Time and Attendance, and Payroll. A detailed description of the specific modules and services required are contained in this RFP. KCHA is open to reviewing proposals from Vendors that provide all modules in scope within a single solution. Vendors that also provide only a Learning Management solution may also respond to this proposal.
