Estimate $199,843.00
Scope of Work
Work consists of, but is not limited to, the replacement of sixteen (16) exterior decks, the supporting walls between the decks, railings, siding, flashing, deck membranes, painting and other related assemblies to match new decks completed in previous phases. The lower floor patio is off-line as the two decks above are reconstructed. The patio (lower floor) gets a new post to support above structures and will be blocked off from residents’ use until completion above.

Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference. Failure to attend the Conference will not relieve the Contractor of any responsibility for information provided at that time.
Bidders must have a current certificate of registration as a contractor for the last three years under the same name and have completed the required L&I training.
