Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal/replacement of Building 10 sliding glass doors, windows and flat roof, and other tasks as listed in the bid documents.

Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference. Failure to attend the Conference will not relieve the Contractor of any responsibility for information provided at that time.
Bidders must have a current certificate of registration as a contractor for the last three years under the same name and have completed the required L&I training.
