Scope of Work
Work includes, but is not limited to:
1. Bath Fans (one fan per bathroom)
a. Removal of existing bath fans, heat lamps, switches.
b. Supply and installation of new bath fans and switches.
c. Connect to existing duct.

Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference. Failure to attend the Conference will not relieve the Contractor of any responsibility for information provided at that time.
Bidders must have a current certificate of registration as a contractor for the last three years under the same name and have completed the required L&I training.
