Description
The King County Housing Authority is accepting proposals from qualified, licensed elevator companies to provide services at King County Housing Authority Properties.
Scope of Work
Provide the necessary tools, equipment, material, labor, and other resources to service elevators at residential apartment building, multi-family, single-family, and commercial space throughout King County, as well as in Sedro Woolley and Olympia as needed. See the full scope of work in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Virtual Teams Meeting
Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually via Teams. Please email daniellem@kcha.org no later than 3:30 p.m. on Monday, April 20th, 2026, if interested in attending the call. Contractors are encouraged to attend; however attendance is not mandatory.
