Description
The King County Housing Authority is accepting proposals from qualified, licensed Arborist & Tree Care companies to provide services at King County Housing Authority Properties on an as needed basis.
Scope of Work
Provide the necessary tools, equipment, material, labor, and other resources to address Tree Services (Arborist) for residential apartment building, multi-family, single-family, and commercial space throughout King County, as well as in Sedro Woolley and Olympia as needed. See the full scope of work in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Virtual Teams Meeting
Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually via Teams. Please email daniellem@kcha.org no later than 3:30 p.m. on Monday, March 23rd, 2026, if interested in attending the call. Contractors are encouraged to attend; however, attendance is not mandatory.
