Description
The King County Housing Authority is accepting proposals from qualified, licensed Fire and Life Safety companies to provide services at King County Housing Authority Properties on a routine and as needed basis.
Scope of Work
Provide the necessary tools, equipment, material, labor, and other resources to ensure the fire, life safety and fire suppression services are maintained and alarms are monitored in our residential apartment building, multi-family, single-family, and commercial space throughout King County, as well as in Sedro Woolley and Olympia as needed. See the full scope of work in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Online Zoom Meeting
Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via Zoom. Please email daniellem@kcha.org no later than 2:30 p.m. on Monday, March 21st, 2022, if interested in attending the call. Contractors are encouraged to attend; however attendance is not mandatory.
