Subsidized Housing applicants, you can change important contact and household information, or change your waiting list preferences, using the forms on this page.
Did you know? Many tasks will soon be available in the online Access Portal!
COMING IN SPRING 2027. You will be able to submit application changes and complete other tasks in the online Access Portal, but this isn’t a requirement. You can still find everything you need on our website.
Subsidized Housing application change
If contact information listed on your Subsidized Housing application changes, you must report the changes to KCHA as soon as possible.
Examples of changes to report:
- Change in contact information such as name, mailing address, email, or phone number
- Adding or removing members of your household
- Change in income
- Change in family situation that affects preferences, such as homelessness, rent burden, extremely low income, or displaced
Subsidized Housing waiting list change
If you are already on one or more waiting lists, and you would like to change the properties that you have selected, or if you would like to remove your name from a property waiting list, please fill out the PDF form below and return it to KCHA by email or mail.
