Low-income seniors (55 and older) have the opportunity to own a home at Vantage Glen, a manufactured home park on Benson Hill outside incorporated Renton. Set below grade on landscaped lots, the houses have a permanent appearance. Each home features a driveway and carport, and amenities include a community building and recreational vehicle storage. Rent covers the lot, lawn maintenance and water, sewer and garbage services. Vantage Glen is conveniently located next to the Benson Plaza shopping center.
