Description

KCHA is issuing a competitive Request for Proposals for a qualified organization to provide evaluation of KCHA’s policies for determining the tenant-paid portion of rent for the Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV, or Section 8) and public housing programs. The evaluation is intended to assess policy implementation processes and impacts and inform recommendations for improvement.
