Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to qualify Consultants to contract with KCHA to provide professional services on an “as-needed” basis pursuant to the issuance of Task Orders for specific and selected services during the term of the Contract. The selected Consultant’s firm shall furnish all expertise, labor and resources in accordance with the requirements of KCHA and shall provide complete services necessary for the Task Order(s) issued throughout the duration of the contract.

Scope of Work

Perform a Physical Capital Needs Assessment (PCNA) for each public housing property specified by KCHA and report the findings. See RFQ for full details.
