Scope of Work
? Replace the existing five (5) two ton ducted heat pump
? Replace the existing one (1) three ton ducted heat pump
? Replace the existing one (1) four ton ducted heat pump
? Replace line set for two ton ducted heat pump in the lower attic
? Replace line set for two ton ducted heat pump in upper attics
? Replace line set for three ton ducted heat pump in upper attic
? Replace line set for four ton ducted heat pump in upper attic
? Install seven (7) new ERV’s to work with the new heat pump air handler units in attics
and any required controls or dampers to balance and set the ERV to meet ASHRAE
62.1 for the area the ERV serves.
? AeroSeal all ducting associated with ducted heat pumps & ERV’s
Alternate 1
I. Replace the existing two (2) two ton, wall mounted single headed ductless split system
II. Replace line set for two ton, wall mounted single headed ductless split system
III. Replace existing thermostats with new thermostats in protective covers
