Scope of Work
A. Install twenty-seven (27), 1-ton capacity split-system ductless heat pumps (DHPs) with
wall-mounted indoor head units. Existing baseboard and in-wall heaters and associated
thermostats are to be removed and drywall patched and painted in these locations.
B. Install twenty-seven (27) wireless, wall-mounted DHP thermostats. Common area
thermostats need to have a lockable cover, all keyed the same.
C. Replace twenty-six (26) bathroom fans.
D. Replace twenty-six (26) bathroom fan controls with humidistat controls.
E. Install thirty two (32) through wall heat recovery ventilators (HRVs)
F. Alternate #1: Install twenty-four (24) through wall heat pumps with built in ERV and
exterior louvers with a change in quantity for items A & B now at three (3), and Item E
now at eight (8).
