Scope of Work
Work consists of, but is not limited to, the replacement of stairs, landings, elevated walkway, wood structure, foundations, railings, concrete sidewalk, liquid applied deck membrane and exterior painting.

Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference. Failure to attend the Conference will not relieve the Contractor of any responsibility for information provided at that time.
Bidders must have a current certificate of registration as a contractor for the last three years under the same name and have completed the required L&I training.
