Estimate $104,576.00
Scope of Work
Work includes but is not limited to:
1. Good faith asbestos inspection(s) testing to comply with RCW 49.26.013 as required to achieve scope of work.
2. Inspect all exposed roof framing for any rot or damaged materials and repair as needed.
3. Block and seal any existing gable vents from attic interior.
4. Block and seal any exhaust vent penetrations through siding which are no longer being utilized.
5. Install Cor-A-Vent IN-Vent Attic Roof Vent or approved equal.
6. Haul away and dispose of all debris and demolished materials.
7. Daily cleaning and final cleaning of all trash and debris.
8. Prevailing wage rates to be included.
9. Provide all applicable permits.
10. Remove all debris in all attics (ducting, baffles, fans, wood, etc.).
11. Removal of any paper obstructing ridge vents in all attics where applicable.
12. Block and seal existing eave vents from attic interior. If you are unable to seal from interior, replace eave vent with solid lumber and paint to match existing.

Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference. Failure to attend the Conference will not relieve the Contractor of any responsibility for information provided at that time.
Bidders must have a current certificate of registration as a contractor for the last three years under the same name and have completed the required L&I training.
