Work consists of replacement of fireplace and bathroom fans, and other tasks as listed in the bid documents.

Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference. Failure
to attend the Conference will not relieve the Contractor of any responsibility for
information provided at that time.
Bidders must have a current certificate of
registration as a contractor for the last three years under the same name, have
completed one public works project and completed the required L&I training.
