Description
The King County Housing Authority will accept Bids from Qualified General Contractors to furnish labor, materials and necessary equipment to perform the walkway replacement as listed in the bid documents.
Estimate $842,758.32

Scope of Work
Work consists of, but is not limited to:
1. Structural repairs for the walkways at Greenbridge Apartments in Seattle, WA. The repairs are to be in accordance with WSEBC Chapter 3 provisions for all compliance methods, section 301.2 and Chapter 4 repairs. Work will include selective demolition of walkway components, removal and reinstallation of specified railings, and installation of new structural and non-structural elements of exterior walkway
